mala makes organic, Asian-inspired broth bombs for hot-pot nights, quick soups, and slow evenings around the table. Each pre-portioned bomb dissolves in hot water, releasing layers of aromatics and seasoning without the measuring, long simmer, or crowded spice cabinet.

Why a broth bomb?

Great broth should feel generous, not complicated. Our drop-and-dissolve format makes it easy to build a deeply flavored pot, then make it your own with vegetables, noodles, tofu, seafood, meat, or whatever you love.

The opening lineup

We are beginning with four distinct flavors: tingly Sichuan mala, bright tom yum, comforting tomato, and umami-rich shiitake mushroom. Smaller bombs for everyday soups and sipping broths are next.
